Conditions of Entry for Pest Control Treatment Competition:
- Eligibility: Entry is open to residents of Sydney, Australia, aged 18 years and over. Employees, immediate family members of employees, and residents of the Pest Control Sydney P/L are not eligible to enter. Your property must be in a serviceable area that Pest Control Sydney P/L services. The prize is a general pest treatment up to the value of $500AUD. Eligible Entrant” means an entry needs to have a valid email address
- Non-transferable Prize: The prize awarded is not transferable for cash or any other monetary value. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed by a third party on behalf of the winner. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer we have at the time.
- Property Treatment: The winner agrees to have the pest control treatment applied to their own property. The treatment cannot be carried out on a property that is not owned or legally rented by the winner.
- Refund Option: If a winner has previously received a quote and paid for a pest control treatment from the Pest Control Sydney P/L during the competition month, they can choose between a full refund of the amount paid up to $500AUD or a complimentary treatment on their next service.
- Mailing List Subscription: By entering this competition, participants consent to be added to the Pest Control Sydney P/L mailing list. All email communication will include an option to unsubscribe.
- Monthly Drawing: A winner will be drawn at random on the last day of each month. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM [local time] on the last day of the month to be considered for that month’s draw.
- Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via email within 5 working days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner. The decision of the Promoter on when a submission is received is final.
- Waiver of Legal Action: By participating in this competition, entrants agree to waive any and all rights to bring any claim, action, or proceeding against Pest Control Sydney P/L in connection with the competition, the prize, and any related matter. This includes, but is not limited to, waiving any rights to dispute resolution, court actions, or claims regarding the process, outcome, or any related incidents.
- Liability Waiver: By entering this competition, entrants release the Pest Control Sydney P/L and its affiliates from all liability, damages, or loss that may arise from participation in the competition or from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded.
- Publicity: Winners agree to allow the Pest Control Sydney P/L to use their name, and/or voice to validating the winner of the competition without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- Right to Cancel or Modify: Pest Control Sydney P/L reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition if it is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Pest Control Sydney P/L.
- Governing Law: This competition is governed by the laws of Australia/NSW, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia/NSW.
- Privacy: All personal data submitted for this competition will be held by Australia/NSW in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
