Pool Safety – Bees & Wasps

It is not only us who want to cool off in  summer by taking a dip in the backyard swimming pool.

Did you know, bees and wasps are also attracted to water.

They collect water to carry back with them to their hives to help control the temperature inside the hive!

Some wasps are enticed to sweet drinks and ice blocks, so be vigilant about leaving these kinds of sweetness laying around as it does increase the risk of being stung.
